Returns & Refunds

We accept refund or replacement requests only if:

  • You receive the wrong product or wrong size than what you ordered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.
  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless received damaged or incorrect).

Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method or bank account.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by Dripzo.ne.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are packed or shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
